      Someone on another post that talked to irs today commented this:
      Ok I’m back… 1st off let me say I got a MAN when I was transferred… So I gave him a sob story(don’t judge me it’s a true story)& I explained to him the hole situation that me and “my family”(IGMR family) are dealing with and he put me on hold a few min…came back and told me this… “Ma’am due to high volumes of efilers and being so understaffed we have seem to have fallen behind… There are still thousands of ppl in it situation… This being said tomorrow does Mark 21 days for most of those so there will be a update tonight that is going to be pretty “healthy”(his words not mine). The WMR is not accurate at all due to system overload and technology problems. Transcripts do not always necessarily update before approvals.. So ma’am inform ur “family” that’s we are just moving slow and trying to catch up… Please check back tomorrow if u were not included in the update and go from there.” don’t hold me to this message… I am not responsible for this info…. Is name is Joseph that told me so SHOOT him if he’s wrong!!

          I was accepted 1/22 and have seen ZERO movement on either thing. My acceptance number was in fact 201502 so I’m wondering if I was part of the resequenced group.

          Will someone at Advocacy even talk to me before 21 days? Considering calling them to make sure I’m not in trouble.

            @Jenna

            I also filed TT. So maybe I’m just along the lines with what’s going on with you and my return wasn’t sent until the 6th.

              I hit my 21 day mark this morning and gave a sob story about how its been 21 days and I counted on my refund being returned by now (which is true) but I called and spoke to a Tax Advocate (1-877-275-8271) and she took a look at my return and transferred it to a local office and said that I should hear something back within 3 business days if not call them and she gave me a case number and the number to the local office. So it was pulled from the queue. So hopefully everything works out soon. I filed on 1/13 and was accepted 1/14 and my bars disappeared on 1/30 and never reappeared.

                Man, I hope so! I filed TT 1/30, got the message saying it’s processing so I called IRS today. He said TT didn’t even send my return until 2/6! Annoyed, to say the least.

                  Yea I saw this posted on one of the messages on the igotmyrefund FB group. Who knows if it’s true or not. I’m in the same boat as everyone else. E-filed on the 30th and was accepted immediately almost, been stuck at 1 bar on WMR and top 2 transcripts say N/A.

                  Last year I got my tax refund at about this time, not this year looking like. It’s a good chunk of money but I’m not too worried about it right now, it’s not killing me….just being patient and seeing what happens. Yea it’ll be nice to have it for sure when it finally comes.

                    Hmmmm…. well If it’s on Facebook then it must be true ;)
                    Guess we’ll see what happens tonight. I know they are going to be extremely busy starting tomorrow so I’m probably going to wait until Friday to call the IRS if I don’t get money or bars back before then. I’m debating whether to take the sweet approach, the sad desperate approach or to act like a total b#### in order to get the most assistance from an agent.
                    Anyway, here’s hoping for a big update tonight. Fingers crossed. Thanks for sharing.
