Two weeks back, I logged on to see of there were any updates. Santa Barbara Tax had no record of any refund. As of yesterday is shows the correct expected amount. Does this mean I should get a DDD soon?
Accepted 1/15 and had Path BS. Cant veiw transcript online

I think it just means Santa Barbara is ready for your refund. The IRS will send it on their time unfortunately. I’m hoping this starts really dropping in a couple days.
But it’s a great thing that sbtpg updated for you to show your info. Doesn’t mean the refund is coming earlier, but it does mean things are going normal for you
