Santa Barbara Bank Expected Date gone

I logged in sbtpg and the expected date disappeared i wonder whats going on or could it be an update.Anyone else seeing this.

I’m stressing out sbbtg is holding my refund until they verify identity so how long does that take
I sent a copy of my I’d for the last time Monday the 15th
It us now the 19th and still nothing just the same ole message

Wtf when will it finally update I desperately needs my refund

My date is passed and Santa Barbara says refund deleted and I did scroll over there is 0 dollars received ! ???? I filed 1/21 and no refund yet and it’s 2/15 ! Wtf is anyone else like me just not knowing why I haven’t got mine and everyone else I know had no problems and theirs is right in their acct already ! How frustrating !

Soo I had the delayed messages with sbtpg website as well my question now did any of you receive your refund yet since I’m about a week after you all wrote this?

Hey guys if your checking sbtg on your phone and see the weird message like I did don’t be alarmed. If you click on dashboard (mobilet version) it’ll take u to another page stating money was received and what your cut is. Other page is generic bc your deposit was already received.

Sbtp says my refund is delayed .. But WMR still says my deposit date is for tomorrow…. Whats does this mean

Where yoy see the amount expected. ..scroll to the right and you will see “amount received ”

It fooled me also when i first saw it.

I was accepted the 28th my refund got approved and ddd is February 10th. I know alot of people with ddd the 10th that got theres today on there netspend card. When i checked sbbt website it says TPD has not received your refund tax refund. Then at the bottom it says amounts received my TPG and my refund amount and thats it. Im confused. Did they receive it or not??

The expected dates these banks post are based on what your WMR status says. If the date has passed it won’t show a new date. They have no additional information other than what WMR says.

I have the same message. My ddd was 2/316 and it has passed due to the irs delayed the processing of my tax return. I don’t get it.

I used TT so I’ve been checking the site. I filed 1/18, accepted 1/19. Never saw a date to begin with, and today there’s still no date.

I am realizing filing early just makes it take longer. I filed TT 1/18 and was accepted 1/19 and I’m still on one bar and my date was also removed on the website. I figured it was because how would they know if you haven’t been approved when your DDD would be.

I checked santa Barbra bank
and said my refund passed expected date 2/1/2016 that IRS delayed my refund just wounder if that will change after they open about 10 am easrten time when they update the bank system

SBBT removed the date for everyone, not just certain individuals. It was causing too much confusion.

You beat me to Lady Love. I was going to say that the date being gone was probably a non factor anyway as it appears to be a placeholder dated 21 days from the time of acceptance.

Maybe this will help called sbbt abt the date being gone they said it was removed by them .Due to it being generic and the volume it was creating with calls.

My 2/1 date disappeared too . Last year i didnt have fees taken out so i never checked SBBT – i wonder what’s going on … I will never file early again …

Mines gone too.. Filed TT 11th accepted 12th. Sbbt had 2\2 fund date

I just logged in as well and date of 2/1/16 disappeared! I filed 1/13 and was accepted immeidately! This year claimed my grandson, whom we had had legal custody of since May 2015.
