Filed 1/19 and accepted 1/21. Have been on the delayed message for 5 weeks. NO MOVEMENT AT ALL ON ANYTHING besides my as of date on Account Transcripts moving back and forth like 2-3 weeks ago.
I called a week ago and was told it could take up to 10 weeks “to process”.

I’m with ya (sad weekly) no updates no movement nothing!! As of 3/7 filed 2/3 no letters! N/A with no return filed!! Ughhhh😏

Filed and accepted in January. Still nothing. Feeling frustrated and really overwhelmed it. My “as of” date is still 3/7 (last few weeks went from 2/28 to 3/7 to 3/14 and back to 3/7) so I’m not sure what is happening. Guessing I’ll have an update later with that pushed out again…

Still no updates at all.
Filed/accepted 1/30, same kids and credits as always, reported correct amount of advanced CTC. No updates, no transcripts, no notices or letters, nothing to verify, just nothing.
My account transcript is still As Of 12/20/21 with the advanced CTC payments, wage says no return filed.
WMR says still being processed (since 2/15), just stuck in this hole of nothing. No relief in sight. Just frustrated.

Bars amount gone 2/24, same msg Transcripts no updates. 3/1 today: I noticed a small amount of money I owed IRS is now showing 0 owed as of today upper right date says 3/14/22 now. It may be possible when a debt is owed this is the cycle. I had this happen last year as well. Good Luck and thanks for sharing your experience I hope this is a sign that updates coming soon. I have seen you do not want to see ” Your return is delayed”

I hope this helps somebody. I filed 2/25. Delayed message2/14 code 570/971 transcripts updated with delayed message to show the adjustment on the child tax credit error. Calling and gave no answers except you wait for processing and that I was in the errors department. My cycle code was 20220705 I updated Saturday on WMR Friday on transcripts to an 846 refund date 3/2. It’s coming Ya all

I have no updates here. Transcripts N/A and WMR is 1 bar. I probably won’t see anything at the earliest this weekend. But I have a feeling I won’t see anything for another month because of an error in my taxes due to under-reporting the advanced CTC.

Claimed all same kids, credits (PATH), business expenses, nothing new this year and we were paid advanced credits accurately. Transcript still showing only advanced ctc credits, as of date still 12/20/21. Nothing has moved at all since filing except WMR went from 1 bar to “still being processed”. Now my state return says 12-16 weeks. So annoyed and over this year. -
I got off the phone with IRS they told me to call back In April as my return is still processing, no errors no issues they apologize for the delay this is coming from a supervisor.

Thanks for the info Justgowithit. I was worried I would have to file an amended return, but if it’s something they could adjust, I would prefer that because it would get done faster. I thought my return amount appeared way higher than it should have been, even with the increase to the CTC this year. I just happen to be scanning all of my documents today and noticed the fine print on the 6419 letters. I agree, they should have just sent one out.

I haven’t received any updates as well. But I realized this morning that I under-reported the advanced child tax credit that was issued each month during the second half of 2021. I didn’t realize they split the reporting amount between my wife and myself. She doesn’t work so I thought it was just a duplicate letter. Hopefully, it doesn’t cause a huge delay and gets adjusted on their end versus me having to file an amended return.

Is anyone else accepted from January? I’m a weekly with an as of March 14 and this is the second week with no change. All codes (766, 768, 150) are present. No other codes.
I got a late 1099 that I don’t think I included and I’m wondering if I should just file an amended return since I’m now on the fifth week without movement.

I did my id verify 2/14 and this week got an update 2/25 Friday on transcripts and my return was deposited early I guess because I have netspend.. Before that my transcripts were n/a and wmr said “still being processed. I filed 1/24 accepted 1/25

Only update I have is that my as of went back to 12/27/21. WMR doesn’t show any kind of delay messages it still says it is being processed and I can also see my refund amount and TT. Not gonna panic everything just seems to be taking a minute.

I JUST gained access to my transcripts today. Just found out again, (like I already didn’t know) that I am a weekly 😓. I think they update the transcripts throughout the day, because all of the way up until an hour ago, my transcripts stated “N/A”. I was able to check my account at around 3pm MST. If you checked your transcripts earlier in the day, and they were N/A…..Go and check them again. They may have changed. Just giving the heads up.

Check your transcripts! I’ve been checking mine every hour, and until 3pm MST, my transcripts showed N/A! I was FINALLY able to check my updated transcripts at 3pm! They update the transcripts throughout the day! Go and check! They may have updated your transcripts as well! WMR didn’t update though.

2/22 received 5071C Letter and verified ID online. Have been trying to get through the 800 number they give you on the letter, no go.
As of date was 2/21, went to 3/7 last week, this morning was 3/14 then back to 3/7

@whereyatrefund I am so confused I have no record of taxes filed the only thing showing 2022 is my as of date I live In NC they will start processing on the 28th I really hope this is the hold up but not sure if it has anything to do with federal I do owe state tax but no federal. Just waiting til at least the 28th before I call no letters or anything only delay message

My “as of” date changed as well this morning to March 14th, then snapped back to December 20, 2021. I’ve seen this before. I don’t think it is necessarily a bad sign, unless you’ve seen it happen multiple times or you’ve been waiting too long.

Hey I got the same codes with the update today. I just off phone with IRS after being on hold for 3 hours. They record my return on 2/10. She just told me to basically wait on the letter in mail which was the code 971 or call back after March 3rd since that will be the 21st day. Some research I done says it will update the next day and the codes will go away so we will see

Mine finally update since 1/21 I have as of date of 3/14 but I also have 570 code and I see that it does not have my daughter on the transcript I had her 10/29/21. Is that why I have 570 code?

I can FINALLY see me transcripts and my as of date has changed from 2/28 to 3/14. I have 971 and 570 codes Amy my refund amount was reduced by $1,500 which I knew would happen. Now I’m waiting on the 571 and 846 codes. No update on WMR…

That 570 code seems to be pretty common these days , and means your refund is on hold and being reviewed!

Filed 2/5, accepted 2/5. Had one bar on WMR immediately and its been that way since 2/5. Still, as of today, 3 weeks later: 1 bar on WMR and transcripts are “NA” and “no return filed on record”. Lovely aint it? People filed a week or two AFTER me and got their deposits today. Me? Zero movement since day one

So no updates yet but I did talk to an IRS rep who said since I got my 570 fixed last Friday over the phone it would be 7 days to get a 571 unfreeze release code and a DDD! So here’s to hoping tomorrow’s the day! My account on IRS no longer says that it’s processing even though the WMR says that it is.

Why are people responding that they updated with a deposit date and the status clearly says “Sad weeklies who didn’t update today support group” I swear some people just love to pour salt in the wound 🤔 OK you have a date but this post was CLEARLY made as a support group for those he have not updated yet!!!!!!

@catcradle when I look at transcripts there’s 4 blocks showing the top 2 are still N/A not even showing 2021 the 2020* with the star beside it is showing on top right the bottom 1 on the left account transcript show where I got my stimulus and the as of date on it has changed from 2/28/22 to 3/7/2022 and the right shows no refund filed for 2021
