Still waiting on River City Bank to say they have received my funds while everyone else are getting deposits now. Anyone else with River City Bank. Also having free coming out then gonna be sent to my NetSpend.

I was told by the IRS that my refund of $2400.43 was deposited into my State Employee Credit Union Account on 4-25-2018 but it’s still not available. My SS is 242257457 DOB 1-19-1969 and was Head of House. My bank routing #253177049 savings account #61409069. Can you please check on my deposit and have you received IRS funds or not??

They took my fees out but my bank rejected my direct deposit so getting a paper check from river city how long does it take to get paper check

Has anyone in previous years had a check mailed from River City Bank? My account number for direct deposit was off by one number so they are sending me a paper check. I was just curious what priority they mail with. I’m in Arkansas and I found the information that they are in Kentucky. Any help would be appreciated

I just called River City Bank . I have a DDD of the 22. The lady told me it has been received. Give your bank 24 hours to receive it. If not call back in 48-72 and we will trace it.

I called river city a few minutes ago and she said they sent my refund to my bank at 740 this morning eastern time.

Don’t go by the automated system because it is wrong and updates late. I called River City Bank and the lady told me that they have received my refund and they sent it to my bank.

I just got off the phone with river city. The lady I spoke with said hey still hadn’t received my deposit but anticipate it tomorrow. She told me to call back around 9 am EST and it should show. She is hoping they process tonight. She also said that they literally send them out 10 minutes or so after they are received and she would expected mine to be sent to my bank (Greendot) sometime in the morning. Fr M there I will just have to wait and see if GreenDot posts it tomorrow or Thursday.

River City Bank is done bull shit I just called and spoke to a funky attitude lady and she said that the it’s doesn’t really release the funds until 2/27 and the reason why some people are seeing deposits with other Banks now is because they were doing a test run and the people who have received deposits early were a part of the test run and to know expect anything until by at least the 24 or 25 but the latest is the 27of Feb. Smmfh… You can’t take these people seriously man frfr. Also i have a DDD of 2/22

that is an outright lie! Last year the automated line kept telling me that they did not have my money – all the way up to February 21st. But then magically the message changed to my refund had been received on February 16th and was now released. So last year they kept my refund for 5 days before sending it to me. I said never again last year and I gave it cause I needed the loan. But I mean it this year – never again.

so river city just told me that if you have EIC the irs will not release your funds until the 22nd of the month. I told him that in order for that to be true , he would atleast have my deposit already , but he said ‘no” lying bastard. *Im so sick of this shit here. Here is what happened last year – step by step. I thought Netspend would be faster but guess not
Last year had a ddd of 2/22/17 also

2-21-17 at 3:00 a.m., River City Bank said they did not have my deposit
2-21-17 at 6:44 a.m., River City said my refund had been had been received on 2-16-17 and had been released. Really?
Sun Trust finally showed a deposit at 2:00 a.m. on 2-22-17.

River city bank has not updated for me to refund sent but I am hoping to see some changes overnight from experience I received my money late Presidents’ Day of last year 2/20 into Tuesday so I will post again real soon smooches

This is the first time I have ever used this bank and it will be the last time paying your fees upfront does seems like it would get you your refund faster but for years I have been going through either Santa Barbara Bank or Republic Bank I have never ever had them to hold my money even when I did not pay the fees up front I still haven’t received my state check through River City Bank will never ever use TaxSlayer again

Still nothing FYI it’s not the IRS that’s needed for deposits to get to you it’s is the Federal Reserve last year or in the past I use to call them and ask about my deposit transfer and they are not obligated but they will tell you if you are in that batch or not imjs.

River City told me the IRS is not open today and will not be sending deposit batches over to them until Tuesday because Monday is a holiday I don’t believe it it’s electronic why would they not send over batches the good thing is River City does not hold funds as my state was sent the same day they received it and I got it the same day just leave it in the evening

River City Bank stays open on weekends, but they told me IRS does not. So if they don’t have your deposit by yesterday, it will be Tuesday.

Last year I paid fees upfront and filed with taxact I did get my refund on President Day loaded and split between my Amex bluebird and Green Dot cards I was thinking I could have it again by president day but I wasn’t expecting to see a River Bank all in the mix
