For anyone whose only been able to order their account transcript and not their return can you update when it lets you order both. Also, if you have an address change if it lets you order under the new address? My info is below, will update as soon as possible:

The ones who have recently ordered return transcripts, last 5 minutes or so, did you all order by phone or website, and if so, did your address change from last year. Can’t seem to order anything on the website. I am, however, able to order account transcripts with old address by phone, but nothing with new.

I filed 1/18 with TT and accepted 1/19 can order account transcripts but not return, since Thursday 1/28 no updates on WMR still can’t order return transcripts.

My BF’s I filed on H&R Block the 1/11 and accepted on 1/12. Could not access his transcripts with his old address or new address, so never was able to order transcripts for him. He updated 1/30 with a DDD of 2/3.

Now my son’s I filed taxes for him, first time filing as he is 17 and worked a little last yr. I filed his through TT on 1/25 accepted 1/25 and his is being mailed. WMR updated when not sure, just checked his for giggles, and it said his check would be mailed the latest 2/5.

So I am just wondering what the hell happened to mine lol

I filed with Tax Act: accepted 1-20, one bar, can only order account transcript as of 10 min ago. I had an offset for the 2014 tax season and I’ve heard that can cause a delay with processing for the next couple of years. Last year it took almost 2 weeks to get 2 bars and I got my money a few days later. So Im thinking my offset from 2014 will raise flags again this year :(

Spoke to person at HR&B who did my taxes today about my city taxes. I mentioned to her that i still had not received my refund or a DDD yet from the IRS. she was equally as puzzled as to why there has been no DDD yet. While on the line she looked something in their system and said as far as she could see, her clients were all pending funding from the IRS. She said there were no errors or anything she could see. Hopefully we see something this week. Good luck everyone.

You guys! I did a quick Google search and found an old TT duscussion which stated that the are updated HOURLY with a mass update every 24 hours.

Also, because it’s tax season, I’m pretty sure the IRS is working 24/7 to get our returns and transcripts completed and sent out to us. Don’t lose hope on getting a Tran update today! Just keep checking!

I used TT also. No offsets, and had Insurance the whole year. TT did ask for my DL# which I had.

So at this point its looking like transcripts arent updating for any of us today. How frustrating. I filed with TT and still no luck. I know its just a guess, but does anyone think WMR could update tonight with a DD and then we could get the transcripts monday? Or is that just wishful thinking :(

The other common issues I see is if people have an offset or new address

I have new address, no offset, however had a penalty for not having insurance all year, so something is getting paid out of my return to Obama care

I filed with turbo tax on 1/24. They did ask if I wanted to input my DL# for an extra layer of security. I skipped it and my taxes were processed without it, so it didn’t make a difference. I have DDD of 2/3. Could order both transcripts on 1/29.

@atb043 I think it is Tax Act. I filed through them on 1/24, accepted same day, and only have 1 bar and can only order Account Transcript. Smh

Almost filed with TT but they were too expensive….guess you get what you pay for.

I noticed that as well, I see turbo tax and other processing co. Were requiring drivers license numbers etc..for extra security, I never had to add any additional info but I assumed it was because I have filed with tax act for the last 8 or so years so they new it was me..idk at the point I am so confused and frustersted! Last year I got my refund on the 4th. Do we know if transcripts will update today or will it be monday?
