Return still not showing as received thru IRS

I just talked to the most pleasant lady at the IRS maybe because i thanked her first for what she is doing for us which I meant. I filed on 01/12/19 thru TT first it was accepted on 01/14/19 then it showed pending and not accepted after all. She advised me that what probably happened is that they are pulling a certain group for situations and also that the quota for that day was probably met on early returns. That by 01/30/19 any that were pending no matter what will be accepted and then the EITC or CTC wait begins……
