Republic bank for fees

I just called republic bank about refunds. She stated that the ITS is not releasing federal refunds until Tuesday. Not sure if that is true or not since serve card always receives 2 days early. Just posting so everyone knows what they told me

  I just seen a post something about the irs computers and all refunds will go out the 25 and 27 like wtf really!?!

  I was told the same thing. Nice when you catch them in a lie but can’t do a darn thing about it.

  I remember last year they said they never received the money but they had… the lady who works for treasury said that they have received the money for the 2/26 so I’m guessing republic has a ton of deposits and are trying to cover their ass

  Yea I was told the same thing. I told her the PATH act excuse ended 6 days ago.

  Ya it boggles my mind. Hopefully they are just stating that as the latest. I don’t see the irs giving everyone Wednesday deposit dates but not sending the money til the day before
