Rejected deposit by Amex?

My SSN is wrong on serve account tax preparer didn’t gfix it with them I sent them a copy of my SSN but takes 5 days. JH said that they would print me a check if its rejected? Has anyone had to this before? How long does it take?

  Anybody else have an experience with this? I faxed my SSN card over today to amex but I’m sure I’m too late

  Something similar happend to me, I filed with JH and received a serve card, fees coming out from SBTPG. I never received my personalized card and could not register my temp card online. Called SBTPG, AMEX and JH, and was told by SBTG AND JH that I will have to pick up a check when the money shows sent. I contacted SBTPG using the submit question option on their site on Saturday and they emailed me about an hour ago, and my local JH tax office confirmed that I will have to pick up a check this week.
  
  Sucks but it could be worst, it could be going back to the IRS and I wouldn’t see it for a few weeks.
