      OK, so the letters I got were not a scam. Now what. I ignored the letters because they said taxes were filed but there were no amounts. I emailed a tax service and they gave me a number to call which turned out to be bogus ads. Then I called the number on the letter and was not able to connect due to busy signals (repeated). I have filed with Turbo Tax and my filing was rejected (see subject). Do I file again, do I file an amended, what should I do.

          Hi you can refile. If you used turbo tax, it should have a fix it button to take you to where and why it was rejected so you can fix it and refile
