Rej code 002?

      I fixed my taxes through Turbo Tax on 1/21 and just got an email that they were rejected and the reason listed is rej 002-internal error! I logged into TT but it doesn’t show anything needs to be fixed! What did I do wrong? What does tbis code mean?
