Regular taxes still processing BUT…

Ok, so I filed first week of Feb and in May I got a letter about my 2015 tax return not being filed? This was perplexing because I actually had a friends accountant husband do my taxes that year and she’s since passed away and I don’t have contact info for her husband. So I was given the choice to refile myself or allow the IRS to take care of it. Btw I owed taxes that year and believed to have had returns since garnished to pay that? I chose to allow the IRS to file them because I don’t have that information any longer and before the UI RETURN my return was over $5k so I figured no worries. I’ve been stuck on STILL PROCESSING since Feb. I qualified for the CTC but wanted to pass on it anyhow as I don’t claim my daughter next year and didn’t want to get stuck paying….no matter though as ANYONE STILL PROCESSING have not recieved advance payments….my question is though, has anyone recieved the Unemployment Refund before their regular taxes are finished? Anything… ANY PAYMENT would be really nice! I don’t have much hope it’ll be anytime soon as I didn’t get my 2019 return until mid-October last year but if ANYONE knows about the UI refund processing ahead of normal returns let me know!!!
