Refund & Stimulus update (hope it helps)

I filed my taxes on 4/9 and was accepted on 4/10. I received my federal refund on 4/17, via cash app account however, irs ‘where’s my refund’ status showed that my refund would be deposited 4/22 – so, my refund was sent five days prior to when it was reportedly to be sent.
After receiving ‘status unavailable’ most of last week, GMP updated on 4/24 to reflect a DDD of 4/29.
Will cash app hold the funds for 1-5 days?
Will funds be available on 4/29 or possibly earlier?

Hope this info helps someone. TO THOSE OF US STRESSING – REMEMBER that we should not stress over what we can’t control. It’s OUR money and we will get it… eventually. Be safe and Vigilant, everyone. Love.

I hope so, you and me both! I’m optimistic and I’ve been told that, even though cash app CAN hold deposits for several days, they have traditionally made funds available as soon as they’re received…. so, keep the faith. Since my refund came five days before it was set to be deposited, let’s hope the same thing occurs with this stimulus! Thanks for responding and GOOD LUCK!!

My stimulus DDD is 4/30. I’d be a happy little camper to get it deposited Monday or Tuesday. I used Cash App too.
