I am a normal W2 wages, no fancy credits or anything..I filed the morning of 01/28…checked a few days later, it shows received, one bar…now for two weeks, this is all it has been.

We cannot provide any information about your refund.
If you electronically filed a complete and accurate tax return you should receive your refund in about 21 days from the received date. If you mailed your return please allow 6 weeks.

I called the IRS, they keep saying we can’t give any information until 21 days, it’s being processed. I have received no letters or anything…funny thing is, I received my state refund!

I also was accepted on 01/25/19 and even received my tax advance payment minutes after receiving approval from the fed site.

Refiled: January 25, 2019, 10:47 AM PST (Accepted January 25th)
Turbo Tax site displays an approval date of 01/28/2019
TT Tax Advance deposited on prepaid card.

Don’t know which exact date but lost all WMR bars. Receive message that they can’t provide any information with 9001.

Ordered both transcripts on 02/08/19 but can’t view online due to the ridiculous security verification. I hope the fact that I could order my account and return transcripts successfully means the response is a glitch for all group. So confused

Same! Same thing g I do every year no changes. Was excepted January 25. I’m still at one bar can’t see transcripts. I’ve always had my refund by now I don’t understand
