Refund Status Error

I filed on 2/4 and was accepted the same day. I checked a couple days later and it says it’s being processed. So this morning I tried again and I get a “REFUND STATUS ERROR” message saying my information I entered is incorrect even though I’m putting in all the right stuff. I can’t order return transcripts but my account transcript says 00 everywhere. What does this mean? Has anyone ever experienced this before?

If you had a simple return with no tax credits like eitc, this could mean your refund was already processed and sent.

Should I contact IRS or do nothing and continue to wait? Waiting for transcripts to arrive in the mail so that I can check for the 846 code…
