      My tax preparer sent my taxes in on Feb 5, 2015 – it took about 2 weeks then the status was updated on the where’s my refund site saying “processing”. I kept checking every week and nothing had changed. Yesterday (3/16/2015) I checked and now it is not recognizing my information at all. I decided to call since nothing changed today and it won’t even let me get past the automated system because it doesn’t recognize my social security number. I had my son in November and qualified for EIC, not sure what is going on though?? Anyone have suggestions ?
