Refund returned to Sbtpg

Anyone had this happen? Will tpg send a check or return it to the IRS?
Sbtpg sent the ach under only my husband’s name (even if we filed joint) and the bank account was under my name :(

  I filed our taxes so it was joint. Chime bank.

  I ran into a similar problem. I filed and received my refund. Had a friend have his refund sent to my account. The refund was returned due to my bank not allowing federal deposits from a ssn different from my own. Not sure if this was your case but it could be the issue.
