      I received a letter stating my refund is frozen. If I agree, sign the letter – if I don’t agree then send in supporting documents, etc.

      I faxed in the documents. What should I expect? At the end of the letter (which I faxed back) I provided my telephone number. Will a tax examiner call me, or do I need to call them?

      Any info from anyone who has went through the process is greatly appreciated.
