Wow, I’m sitting here childless hoping I get my little (compared to you mothers and fathers out there) refund in the AM (8:10 PM here in Vegas). Haha, congrats yall!

I almost want to stop getting promotions cuz my refund shrinks every year lol. The first year when I had my twins and already had my son we got over $9000. That was in 2015. Now it’s barely $4000.

If the child is under the age of 17 and child tax credit is $2K x 3 children = $6K

If the total gross wages for the year qualifies for EIC then that’s another credit. The more children the higher the credit. One year I received $5500 for my 3 children just in EIC alone.

And

whatever was paid in Federal Taxes will mostly ALL come back because the Standard Deduction wipes away a huge part of tax obligation/liability – sometimes meaning ZERO

Now add all 3 credit together

A few years ago I used to get between 10,500 – 12,700 every year

It adds up quick. I really miss those times
