      I have a DDD of 2/10, but had a couple questions I’m hoping someone can answer.

      -If DDD is 2/10, should I expect the deposit that day or early? I use Netspend.

      -I have a possible offset, but nothing is showing on the IRS line. If nothing is showing, can they still withhold without advance notice? This is nothing I’ve been told they were taking yet, but they indicated they may for a non tax debt.
