Refund amount vanished

We filled with EITC & ACTC, Filed on 1/24 around 9pm accepted around midnight. The morning of the 28th our bars went away an we got the PATH ACT law information (No biggie)

On 1-30-17 (Monday) our refund amount on the left side has vanished….can anyone help me with understanding is this a bad thing or a good thing or means nothing? Thanks so much in advance.

Also no error codes or anything else has change we still have no bars with the path act msg….again thank you.

  @Kelly no offense but that’s simply wrong advice and just because you read it somewhere doesn’t mean its true…IRS says if something is wrong there would be a error code with direction to call.

  It means nothing currently. Just your refund is on hold until after the 15th and they process it.
