Recovery Rebate issue!!

So I was updated with ddd of 3/29 and they took 1800 out! 1200 was my missing 2 stimulus and I put the 600 for his 2 stimulus before I found out he got his. But I never got mine. I even called the irs the second stimulus and they told me 1200 was sent to the wrong bank..

How do I get it??

So call IRS and tell them you don’t agree with the amount you got and they will look into your account and place trace if no trace on check they cancel it and issue you a new one.It may take 4 weeks if not received by 4weeks you have to call back.

I was told that 3rd stimulus will not be issued until they process your 2020 taxes , or if received some of it difference will deposit once your 2020 taxes are processed, they should deposit a week later from date your refund on taxes are sent. That’s what I wss told by IRS lady who was fixing my 2nd stimulus issue.

I claimed 3600 never received our 2nd stimulus, got DDD for 03/24 for taxes without stimulus, I just got letter. Never got it due to to them saying one of us either moved or changed last name and was on Medicaid 😆 out taxes are same for the past 6 years called IRS lady was cracking up laughing when she reviewed our 2018, 2019 , 2020 taxes and stated there is no issues someone input wrong codes she called manager to see how to fix it.

I didn’t get the first to stimulus for me or my baby born 2020 and now bc they are still processing my 2020 taxes will have to wait on the 3rd as well. Single mom….totally my car in Dec breaking my leg in 2 places and out of work since then. But still waiting for all my stimulus money and my refund thanks IRS I appreciate it!

Lishalynn you have to get the IRS to go a trace on the money bc if it was sent to the wrong account they should of issued you a check once it bounced back to them!

See, I kept reading articles that said if they owe you for the third stimulus (many of us due to them not processing your taxes the entire month they had them) that as long as you filed before July, they would send you the difference. If anyone actually has that happen, please reply. I don’t believe it.
