      Hi I got my transcript today I have a negative balance and a cycle
      Of 20190605 can some one help me what does this mean?

          I have no idea. Those don’t reflect the most recent update that would have occurred on them. I’m in the dark about my own, since I can only request by mail and not view online.

            Yes it came in the mail. So will I get refund on 25th?

              You are a weekly. I am assuming this was by mail? Mine was dated 2/11 so I don’t have any more recent information.
