Received an update

Called SBTPG and was told they had received my refund and my prep fee was taken out of it. It’s scheduled for deposit on the 24th, which is my DDD. Afterwards I checked TT website and it had updated to show my order had been paid. No update on sbtpg yet, but I expect it to update overnight.

Not an expert on the subject but I wouldn’t try this because it sounds like enough of a reason to hold your fund due to suspicious activity on your account as they like to say

I’ve been using TT for a long time. And pretty much every year I get my deposit the day before or on my DDD(this year Feb 24th) so I’m pretty sure you’ll get yours the day before or on If your deposit is going through the TPG

Where do you find your tt order information I can only see my tax documents. Maybe I’m looking in wrong place

I just called as well and the gentlemen on the phone said they received the funds on Friday and they will start sending the deposits out tomorrow and Wednesday and so people can have their money by the 24th.

Same DDD the 24th and my turbo account has shown payment completed since late Friday afternoon so I assume SBTPG has had my refund since then and took their fees already. I have an early access bank account so I’m keeping my fingers crossed that either SBTPG updates overnight at some point or I’ll just get my refund between tonight and tomorrow night without the website updating (I’ve read on here some people got a refund deposited without SBTPG updating but who knows lol)!

Select option 4, make up a six digit number when it asks, after it says it’s an invalid number select option 2 and it should give a message about your call being recorded. Then you’ll know you’re on hold.

How were you able to talk to someone, every time I call I get the automated system and it won’t let me speak to anyone.
