Questions about being under review

I can’t seem to find a forum that answers exactly what I need to know.

If you called the IRS and was told you were under review, what do your tax transcripts say? Does it have a letter code? Did you get a letter? Are they NA?

I have “we have received your tax return and it is being processed” no tax topic, no error codes, processing date on transcript is 3/2 – as of date is 3/9. No letter code, just code 570. I am a pather

I called yesterday and was told i’m under 60 day verification review, nothing I need to do, letter sent 2/20, but not showing that on my transcript. So i’m wondering if people who have error codes on WMR can see their transcripts at all

same except I have the letter code 971. If you are a weekly your transcript will probably update Friday with the 971 code. I’m hoping we get the 846 on that update too. fingers crossed.

I’ve noticed others posting the same issue
Soooo many have been flagged…no rhyme or reason. Some have as of dates changed each week. However if you are claiming more than one credit IRS is doing a review which is causing a 2 week delay. If you check out OK you’ll get your money first week of March.

I had to fax them on 2/10. They said to wait 6 weeks for refund.
