      If she is paying payment on an offset that shows up and it says they may or may not take her refund, but she gets a DDD does that mean they aren’t taking it or could they still take it?

          It could still be taken. Paying down an offset doesn’t mean future refunds won’t be dinged to pay it/them off.

            They will take the owed amount and give her the balance.
