      So, at H&R they told me the IRS would not even start processing taxes until january 29th but lots of people have a DDD of january 29th and their refunds were already approved. Im a little confused how they are approved and have a DDD if the IRS is not processing them yet.

            Hmmm ok thank you Jay Green. And yes I noticed that too J Close, thats why I wasnt sure what or who to ask! People get into a real frenzy at tax time so I didnt know who to ask for a real tax question. I damn sure wasnt calling the IRS😁😁

              Every year the IRS tests their software by RECEIVING a test batch, but until this year, I’ve never seen them process and approve returns before opening day. This year they’re putting SOME of the test batch all the way through.
