So I’ve used tax act with fees deducted for probably last 5-6yrs now.Ive never ran into any real problems,obviously bc I haven’t changed my filing routine but anyways I FILED 2/17 accepted 10 or 15 mins later.Tax act shows my returns efile status as accepted.WMR has one bar with your return is being processed allow 21 days same yaddy yadi yah generic message..however when I try to login into Republic Bank it won’t let me & says login failed.Ive tried numerous of times today to no availe!My husband & several other people I know can login to see if they’ve received their refund yet.I just don’t understand why I can’t login in when my RETURN has been filed/accepted.As tax act & wmr confirm that much is so..And I know it’s going to them bc I def have a refund transfer due to electing to have fees deducted from refund.Im using the same info entered on WMR and is exactly the same as listed on my return.Idk if the system just hasnt updated to recognize my info yet (as I just filed Sunday) or if there could be some kind of problem some where.Should I call them or just ride it out a bit longer & see what happens.I mean I am by no means expecting a dd or even a ddd anytime soon.Just thought it was weird bc I’ve always been able to login within 24hours or so of filing!
