Last year it took me 21 days to get my second bar. When I called to check why at 21 days, I could tell they were manually processing or maybe just processing my return. Is this likely to happen again? I have no eic or actc. I do have credits and deductions. My deposit was on a Thursday last year. Any insight would be appreciated.

Impossible to say. Depends on their reason for holding you up last time. It’s seemingly common for someone who is delayed for security reasons to be delayed year after year. Whether or not that’s the reason or whether that applies to you, like I said, impossible to say.
