      What does it mean when my as of date keeps changing on my transcript

          My experience, so far is the “as of date” has changed for me from March 9 to March 23. I have a code 570 still. IRS told me yesterday that my refund should be expected the first week of April.

            The same thing happens here, but only on Friday mornings.
            The “as of” date beside accrued interest and accrued penalty will change from
            February 16, 2015 to March 23, 2015 around 5 am, and then by around 7 am will change back to February 16, 2015.

            Still sitting with a 570 dates 2/16/2015 and a 971 dated 2/23/2015.
            did receive a CP05 letter around 2/17/2015.
