Quality Review Department???

My return was filed and excepted 2/16. Lost bars and tt on 3/6. on our 3 week mark were called the irs and was told we were in errors department and to wait 10 weeks. Called earlier this week and were told that we went from 900 error code to 100 error code and we would be out of errors in 3-4 days. Called today were told that we are out of errors and moved into quality review department and wait 4-6 weeks from today…. wtf!!!? Anyone else dealing with this present or past. Feeling so defeated at this point.

Anybody file 2/18 and got anything back ???everyday I check wmr and it says the same shit .your refund is still processing a refund date will be provided when available.it’s finna be almost 2months

I called and was told I was in errors department 2 weeks ago called back yesterday and they said quality review so I asked him did I move from error and then go there so is this progress and he then told me it was the same department just a different name. Told me different reps use different names but it was the same department and I filed 2/22 so told me to call back May 3rd if I have received by then that will be my 10 week mark

I think they just make stuff up honestly. I called back in March and was placed on hold for 8 minutes and I know they were not researching lol. They came back and said I don’t see anything give it 10 weeks. I was speechless, I never called back. I got my refund today DD and I’m a 2/13 filer. You could get it any day now
