      I need help, maybe someone can help.

      It has been processing, forever. I figured out that I had to verify my identity, I did that, and still processing. When I look at my record, this is what is showing:

      Code 150 – Tax return filed. (It comes with a cycle number and an amount) and it has a date of 5/20/2019
      Code 806 – w-2 withholding with a negative number – 4/15/2019
      Code 570 – Additional Account Action Pending 5/20/2019 with a zero amount listed.

      What the heck is going on? I had a payment plan on a previous balance, but that has since been paid.

      Any ideas?
