Processing date changed. Highly pissed…

WTF… The IRS changed my processing date from February 18th to March 4th. Why would they do that?

Don’t freak out yet. Last year mine along with many others changed too then changed back. Mine was 2/19 then switched to 2/26 then back to 2/19 again and I got my dd on 2/22.

@Christan my wmr didn’t update still have one bar but I just checked my transcript and looks exactly like yours with the next processing date of 03/04/19. Im a weekly hopefully I’m process next Thurday. I filed with eztaxreturn on 02/10 accepted the next day.

As hard as it is right now, pay no attention to the process date. Refunds usually come long before that date. My last 4 years worth of DD’s came at least 10 days early.

I don’t have anything on my transcripts. They’re completely blank with the exception of my NEW March 4th processing date.

Just checked my transcripts and they still say “2/18” for there processing date but no 846 code yet. They are suppose to be updating Transcripts all day. So guess I’ll check again later. Let’s all hope for a DDD for the 20th. Serve deposits soon as it gets the deposit memo. God Bless

It could mean you were resequenced since 2/18 falls on a holiday. Also your processing date isn’t a guaranteed by date. It’s only there for their internal system to ensure your account is closed out by then or extended. I’m assuming this makes it so they system doesn’t leave any accounts left hanging open.

Mine is 3/4 as well and I just got my transcripts on Tuesday. I’m assuming we will be processed before then.

If you are PATH I’m also thinking that it just wasn’t able to get you processed and closed out by the holiday.

Mine says the same (4/4) according to the cycle dates, but the transcripts also say 2/25 release date.
