Processing Date

      I have a question, why on the return transcript is the processing date 02-13-2017? Is it because they have to run it one more time due to the PATH ACT? I have a cycle date of 20170405, I’m not understanding, any help would be appreciated.

          Thank you, it is 21 days from my accepted date as well, that makes sense.

            My processing date is: 02/20/2017, which 21 days from the day I was accepted (Did not count the weekend of the 28th). I looked back at my older transcripts and noticed that the processing date was exactly 21 from the days I was accepted.
