Processed but not approved?

I won’t receive stimulus until my 2019 is processed. Can I be processed but not approved? I’m figuring they won’t actually give me a tax refund, due to owing state in 2018, however, if I go in to review. Will I get Stimulus? The are saying only those who are processed can use Get My Payment.

My 2019 tax return isn’t processed wmr says still being processed. But the get my payment shows a deposit day and the last four of an account I don’t own.

It’s all so crazy idk what’s going on
