pretty frustrated already this morning.

Okay so I filed & was accepted on 2/10. I have a “new” address. I’ve lived here before and filed at this address before (my mom’s) but it’s different than last year’s. When I go online to get my transcripts, it’s saying it doesn’t match their records. When I call, they say they are having technical difficulties. I’ve tried every address possible. Nothing is matching up at all. I don’t know what’s going on. I understand they have thousands upon thousands of returns but this is sooo annoying. Still at 1 bar on wmr and tt152. Its only been like 6 full days since we filed so I’m not worried about getting approved this soon, it’s just frustraing that I can’t view of order NOTHING. last year we filed on Feb 3rd and got out DD in our bank on Feb. 11h. So We will see how long things take to get moving this year. Wish I was one of the lucky ones who got their DDD within 3 days like some did lol how funny.
