So I had contacted my card company (Netspend) to see if it’s possible to withdraw money from my card using an atm in the amount of 500 she stated that the daily limit on atm withdrawals is 320 a day but I could go to a bank and do a cash advance in the amount I’m needing and I could have the X amount that way. Have anyone went to a bank to withdraw +1000 if so which bank. I’m trying to get a car and they needing it in cash???

of course, it’s a prepaid card under a visa servicing contract, not an actual line of credit, so even though you say credit card, don’t ask for more than you have on there or it’ll decline. just to be clear ;)

yep. Go to any bank, any teller, and ask for a “cash advance on your visa card” DO NOT SAY DEBIT CARD because you need the ‘credit card rules’ to go into effect.

My girlfriend’s payroll card (rapidfs mastercard througn metabank) allows for $5000 per counter transaction, my accountnow card through greendot bank only lets me take $1000 but you should be able to do multiple counter transactions per day.

get online and find the link to your cardholder agreement, it will have the fine print to tell you how much you can use.

just ask about a cash advance off your credit card, punch in your pin, and walk away. Those are the VISA/MC cardholder rules and any bank that accepts them has to do it whether you’re a customer or not :)
