@elled6 I just got off with a rep and she stated I need to ID verify. Any idea what info they need to verify you?

UPDATE!!

Sent in 1095-a and 8962 February4.
I ID verified this past Saturday, February 29.
Change from “still being processed” to “being processed” yesterday.

Was able to pull up transcripts today and showed a code 846 Refund issued 3-11-19!!

I did id verify on 2/ 18 still waiting nothings updated cant access transcripts online either

@Tiffany G. What day did you file and what day did you do your verification?

I verified online 2/14, no movement so called on 3/2. IRS agent said it didn’t go through online, so we did it them. Today my transcripts finally updated. I have the 570 code, though that looks like a trend, I will be in the 3/18 batch of DDD I hope.

I verified online about 3 days ago, successfully. I guess I’ll be waiting another week or so

UPDATE!!!! I looked at my transcripts today and my refund will be issued on March 11,2020 so once you are verified it doesnt take that long to release your funds. I hope this help some one. I will see you guys next year. GOOD LUCK !!!

I actually went to the irs office to do my ID verification Lady told me that she was closing the identity case and putting my file in processing. So we will see what happens. She did tell that it could take 9 wks or Less. She said that she must say 9 wks but havent ever taken that long until something else comes up.

Verified online 2/25. Letter was mailed from Austin on 2/21. Transcripts still N/A. Will be calling IRS later.
