@Sheeple Zombie, if your so againt our governments taxes and ppl waiting/wanting refunds go donate the money you just got to a homeless family. Or move your crazy ass to another country… ppl on here are doing nothing wrong tax season is stressful to everyone no matter there income level. They are not depending on these refunds but excited to get them so they can do something that their normal income restricts them from doing. Self prepareing taxes allows us to save money but takes the element of support from a professional away. So we use these threads to keep each other informed, just as you do… other wise you wouldn’t of been on here to begin with. So take a look at yourself next time you have a nasty comment to spread worldwide…. and think of a new screen name… your basically calling yourself a mindless follower… Good job on that one!

Just received my dd.
Same as the last two years. Two days prior to my DDD! At 2:30 in the afternoon.
People have become entitled ignorant drones!!! Be responsible, get your priorities strait and quit counting on the government to bail you out with money you loaned them!

I have DDD of 2/3. I have Chase Bank. I filed with Turbo Tax, having fees deducted.
I just checked SBTG and nothing yet!

Im my opinion thats the best way to get your refund. An unexpected pleasent surprise.
It happend to me like that last year. You get to skip a stage of anxiety, from the time you get your DDD, to the time your funds finally arrive and are posted. You didnt have to worry if something was going to cause a delay in receiving your money or if it was going to get lost or rejected then come in the form of a check weeks later or any other part of murphys law.

Yes I did and nothing on wmr ever updated. My bars were gone several days. No DDD of 2/3 or anything. I got a deposit notification on my green dot app

Not net spend….I use green dot. Had a DDD of and it hit 20-ish minutes ago. My bars remained gone and I never got any update or DDD gave to me.

I also have netspend and hoping to get mine early.last year i got mine after 3 in the after noon i think a day before ddd.but at least its just 2days away.

Anybody here use tax act that has a DDD of 2/3? If so do u see ur money at republic bank which is who tax act uses to transfer money to you the website is republictaxpayer.com to check

I filed 1/11 and accepted 1/12. I had one bar till Friday all bars disappeared with tax topic 152. I’ve not gotten my bars back in two days. But how can I tell if I’m in 2/3 group if my wmr bars are gone? Someone told me it happened to them last year and it never got bars back till a week after they got money…is that what’s happening? I’m tired of the wait I have a financial emergency :(

I think we should be posting about the topic and any other helpful and reassuring info.You cant be mad if the irs didnt process in order as they came.People are anxious and may need it and this is ayearly situation for tax filers to look forward to this lump sum for what ever reason.they are entitled to it.So please stop vashing each other.On that note I hope with netspend with the w days early for dd applies to tax refunds and it should.There shoukd be a few updates overnight into the morning ang and everyone should have a refund this week if it applies to you.Good luck everyone.Enjoy….

dd 2/3@steve34 it’s possible to get a deposit on a weekend with netspend. I’ve gotten my refund on Sunday night @ 10:30pm several times in the past. One of their deposit times is 10:30pm Sunday and I’m looking for it to deposit again in a few hours.

I’ll never understand why people will search a thread that does not pertain to them. I think most 2/3’s have been waiting at minimum since the 11th (me personally filed 7th, rejected 11th, accepted 13th) not to discredit but I think at this point we (2/3’s) are all excited and entitled to be, whether in need or not. I’ve not noticed any early filers telling others to just chill.
Per early deposits, I’ve read the irs sends funds two days before the “by” date. It would be up to you bank to release. Also if receiving through SBBT TPG they apparently update or open at 11:30am. So I think most of us will be happy Monday, the 1st. I use serve but this is their first year claiming two days earlier, and since I use a bank for dd Idk how long they take. I am curious for future reference.

How are we supposed to know if we’ll get it early? We’re all in the same boat waiting for the actual deposit.

Honestly happy for the people who have DDD of 2/3. But for real ?? I was accepted on the 18th with no movement no offsets and you people are worried about an early deposit??? I never usually depend on this money but I’ve had a lot of setbacks this as have a lot of us. So for those of u whining about getting an early deposit take a step back for one second for the people that filed BEFORE u and have no clue when or if they will get deposits!

Im here reading comments. I never even heard about this site till this year. I know people are anxious but the ones with DDD should not be worried about it anymore. Ill be fine yes when I see a date but again last year my WMR never updated. Everyone case is different and I think ppl should just relax…Does that answer your question?

Actually WMR always shows the date that the refund will be deposited “by” and in all the previous years including current the refund will post to your account approx 2 days before this date. I have family members who have received their refunds already who had a deposit by date of 2/1. So the answer to some of your questions is yes it can absolutely post early to your account and yes their are weekend posts as well.

Thanks for starting the thread! I think most people are anxious to get their refund, and wondering when they will receive it. There is always that hope that it will come early!! Fun to see when others get theirs and know yours is just around the corner.
I am having mine deposited to my Netspend card. Last year had it deposited at the bank, I think it came a day early. I know my WMR status didn’t update to three bars until after I received my refund. I heard Netspend deposits 2 days early, so fingers crossed for tomorrow!
