Accepted 1/23 with no eic or actc, still at one bar and cannot order transcripts with my old or new address. Please tell me I’m not the only one!

@Kourtnee no my letter came in the regular mail. Also, i updated to a 2/15 ddd this morning. So it actually moved pretty fast after I id verified.

1/23 filed, accepted within 20 minutes. Married filing jointly. I am on processing message since that day. Spouse has been in 1 bar since then until this morning. I am still on processing and this morning my spouse lost their bar and also are on processing now. Thanks IRS! No transcripts either.

Filed and accepted 1/13. Bars disappeared 1/28, still processing message. Old address still works for transcript.

Should not have any issues with return. Basic CTC but no EIC or ACTC.

Filed 1/23 bars disappeared 2/4 and have the “your refund is being processed” message without any tax topic. It’s annoyingly frustrating to be stuck in limbo.

Accepted 1-23, had one bar for 3 days then disappeared only to show the “still processing” message no tax topic. Single, standard deduct no credits.

Lost my bars as of Friday filed 1/25 and processed same day no Eic single simple return! I really don’t get it.. Ppl say when when u lose bars it nothing to panic about however I lost my bars before and I had to verify my identity. I had to wait until I received the letter in the mail
Then call the irs to verify my identity.. It’s really irritating! I wish they would tell u on the website why “it’s under review”. I know some ppl
Say lost bars doesn’t mean under review but in my experience that’s what it’s meant for me!! I probably won’t get my refund the amount is barely one thousand dollars. Until March!!

Filed on the 23rd and accepted same day. Had one bar until the 1st. Now I have the PATH message. I called emerald card services and was told I have an anticipated did of Feb 13. But it could come earlier or later. Not sure if that’s what they telling everybody or if they actually see something.

That might be true, I just don’t know why anyone would be excited about this. You already know your return is being processed. What else would they do with it after they receive it? That doesn’t mean it won’t still be held or reviewed or audited or ignored or… whatever.

It just means you can prove that you filed your taxes.

That’s just my take though, I guess.

Anyway, I was accepted 1/23. Still the PATH act law. Don’t know if my transcripts are ready or not because I haven’t tried because I don’t care because… you know, they’re just transcripts.

Filed and accepted on 1/23 no updates for me either. I had the bars disappear on my husband’s profile and I can still see one on mine. So who knows what is going on this year. I only have standard deductions on mine. Kind of a bummer when I see the people after us getting money today.

I agree people need to be patient its not going to help matters by working your self up and frankly the IRS will not work on your account until after 21 days so if you call you will be given any answer to get you off the phone even answer’s to scare you….ive had that happen to me in previous years.

I come here because its got some good advice and some good resources however some of the things here are just sad, and allot of fear porn.

My advice is to check WMR every morning and make sure there are no errors or instructions to call and to be sure check your mail because if there is something wrong the IRS will mail you.

When i spoke to the IRS they said they are behind in processing already. They had so many file on the first two days it put them behind.

@josh you don’t have to be rude some people are just curious and want to know what’s going on. Most of the people that are being rude already have a DDD date. So they are fine no need to be rude to the people that’s waiting and wants to know what’s going on with their returns.

Ok, no need to be nasty. It’s not that I’m impatient. I just want to be sure thatI’m not going to be reviewed or anything because my income drastically changed since last year, I made over 30k more this year than I did last year.

Also, you’re on this site too so obviously you have some tax concerns yourself.
