Hello,

So I filed on February 11th, 2020. I mailed my our return, using direct deposit. The WMR didn’t update, until around march 5th and it’s been saying still processing/recieved ever since. Not accepted, or no ddd, as of yet. Earned income credit, child tax credit, filing married jointly.

Come Aprill 11th, it will be 2 months. You’d think a check would take this long, and even though I filed by paper, I chose direct deposit. It should be there by now. Ugh. Any help?

@thicks yeah I can’t find it now either. I had the web page saved on my phone but it redirect me back to the news article about coronavirus. I know there’s some links ppl posted on here about the closing I just can’t do all that back and forth scrolling. They was suppose to be shutdown April 1st-8th

@Brian that message indicates there’s something they need you to do ID verify, verification of wages, etc. they usually don’t send letters out until months out so that’s why ppl call after 21 days or when they receive that msg. You can call Wednesday and find out what’s holding your return. I would make sure your already on the phone by 6:57 so you can dial through the system. They only going to be open 3 days this week & call volumes going to be high

Does WMR say “your tax return is still being processed. A refund date will be provided when available”???
