Please please help id verify HELP!!!!

good morning I need your help i filed on January 28 I was accepted the same day I have a dependent as I know everything about the new law i do not check until February 11 there I realized that I did not have the boxes but a message(we cannot provided any info on tax return error 9001 topic 152 ext 362) so I wait my 21 days to call so today i call talk to a girl who asked me some questions my dad name my mom if I filled last year that what was the status and so other questions at the end of the call told me that I have to wait for a letter but my question is because I have already read in another forum that the same thing happened to other person but the letter never arrives and the status changes also I want to know if I have to wait for the letter to arrive and that what contains the letter and also how many days to arrived in the mail

It took 9 days for me to receive my letter. If there is a local irs office you can go in there to verify.

You do have to wait for the letter because there is a control number on it that you need to give them to verify your address basically.
