      I’ve tried a couple times to get my online account set up. I have a student loan account. I’ve logged into my Great Lakes account and my credit report for account numbers. But none of them work.

      What student loan account number do they need??

          Yes. And I tried the account number on my 1098. I got locked out after 3 attempts. This is so frustrating.

            Do you have the last statement from your loan servicer? That would likely be the best source for it.
