Please Help Me…

This is the 3rd time I’ve asked this, I’m hoping someone knows or at least is experiencing the same. I filed 1/17, accepted 1/18. I was finally able to pull my account transcript on Friday afternoon. Since then, nothing has happened. WMR has same single bar, and I can only order my 2016 Account Transcript with “no record of return filed”. There is NO return transcript for 2016. Am I stuck? Should I be waiting for ID theft verification? Does anyone know if this is normal or should I be concerned?

Relax everything is good. They processing your refund as we speak. That is why you could even pull your account transcript. Does it say “02/13/2017” as of date up top? If so then plan reviving your refund by next weekend at the latest.

Thanks Tble…at this moment, all the account transcript says is “no return on record” which makes sense because if they are currently processing there is no return. I was just hoping the return would finish up a little faster but perhaps because its the weekend…ohwell. Thanks for replying!

From what I understand, an account transcript becomes available when the irs starts processing you. The return transcript can be ordered once they are finished. If you see any codes on the account transcript, you can try to Google it to see if it’s a freeze code. That’s the best advice I can offer. Hopefully this helps a little bit.
