When I filed my taxes on Feb 1st, I didn’t have the healthcare form so I just filed and payed the penalty for not having healthcare all year. I did have insurance for a short time period (a couple months), but I didn’t have any record of it. I just paid the full penalty. Now I’m stuck on the first bar on WMR and I can’t view my 2014 transcript and obviously have no DDD. Is it possible that the irs has flagged my return because I paid the penalty instead of waiting for the form? Will calling them help? Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give!

Any discrepancy in info can cause a delay. Since you can’t view your transcript you have no choice but to call. Hopefully you can get someone that is very helpful and nice. is your transcript blank or are you having issues retrieving it?
