      Ok so I had to leave my employer due to several health issues & I couldn’t afford the insurance so I’m being penalized which is fine. Has anyone had to go through this and did it really take two to three weeks for your refund to be release?

          Sooo ridiculous to fine someone for no insurance when they were sick and out of work and could not afford insurance!

            Not being able to afford coverage is an acceptable reason for them to waive your fees.
