Ask your bank to engage their ACH dept to investigate. Most Cust Service are reluctant to engage ACH but they are the only people who can locate the missing deposit.

You can also download and file IRS form 3911 which initiates a trace on the direct deposit. If the bank didn’t return the deposit, you’ll need it traced.

DDD 2/28

Still no funds

Offest for DOE and the treasury has confirmed it was already taken

IRS Transcript shows the offest taken and amount

Still missing over $2000 and the treasury doesn’t know why I don’t have it and the bank says they don’t see anything

Confirmed routing and account numbers which are all correct

At this point as long as I get the money if even by check I will be good, but everything being in limbo and noone knowing where the money is sucks

My ddd was Feb 28th – i still dont have the deposit in my account- verified my account info is correct – my bank doesnt see anything pending when i call. Is this normal or has something happened to my money? Can i still get it – it has been two days

I filed 2/14, accepted a couple hours later on the same day. WMR showed one bar and no movement untill just last Saturday, moved to two bars with DDD of 2/28. Nothing showed pending and there was no movement. I woke up at seven and the money was in my account. The money came through before the HRB email, and my bank didn’t send me a pend or deposit notification for a few hours after I know the money was there. WMR still hasn’t moved and shows one two bars.

I did have an offset but I payed it and should be receiving less than a 1000

I filed single no credits

I used taxact….which was free

I’m in the same situation here kelly. When you call they tell you the amount that you owe and they will be taking.

DDD on WMR 2/28/18 filed with TT. TPG has nothing pending when I look online so I didn’t bother to check my bank. Idk what’s going on. I had an offset as well this year.

I do have a separate question when you call the offset line and it says you have an offset and it tells you an amount is that the amount you’ll get back or what you owe?

im still waiting on a bar change to refund sent. but i figured it wouldnt send untl the day of 2/28 so im guessing being that i have the emerald card and chose to pay fees on the back end, i wont be seeing mine until friday morning. it’s a shame that the government does us like this but oh well.

Just an update from my previous post this morning 7am (PST time)

Saw it pending in Sbtpg then this afternoon, I got a text and email from bank that there was a direct deposit that hit at 3pm. I have a credit union bank

I got a ddd of 2/28 on wmr, but my bank app notified me of a pending deposit (of the correct amount) last Friday afternoon, and it says it should be available by 2/28. Normally I always get deposits early the night before, so I’m hopeful…

Ok, so just got a text from Republic Bank at 10:12 am est that my federal refund has been sent to my bank (NetSpend). Kinda confused why my money went to Republic bank instead of directly to me because I paid my tax preparation fees upfront. Last year I did not pay my fees upfront (had to have fees taken out) and Republic bank texted me at 10:12 am est the day before the ddd to say my money has been sent to my bank, which didn’t actually deposit into my NetSpend card until about 6:30 that same evening. Well I guess now I’m standing by for the funds to drop onto my NetSpend card. I will post when it does. Good luck everyone.

I filed 2/8/18 and updated yesterday with a ddd of 2/28. I have NetSpend and chose to pay fees upfront to avoid any delays to receive my refund. I haven’t gotten it yet but I’m pretty sure we will be getting our refunds tomorrow starting in the morning and throughout the day.
