Just wanted to make a thread for those of us walking the PATH who will have our DD post to USAA this year.
I noticed last year, I did not get my refund a day earlier like usual. Prepaid cards did, but my DDD was for 2/22 and that’s exactly when I got it.
      How about yall?

I always get our paychecks the day prior to payday. Generally even for taxes they drop a day earlier, but for some reason last year they did not.
I’m a weekly so hoping I get an update Saturday morning with a DDD of 2/21.

But, I won’t be least bit upset, if I get a date sooner than that or if it deposits earlier than that.

It’s somewhat disheartening seeing prepaid cards drop 3 days earlier than traditional banks or the returns drop earlier that had fees taken out of their refund, vs those who either had no fees or paid fees upfront.

          Oh well, it’s almost over.
Now, if my State would just hurry up lol.

I’m NFCU and it always drops early. I’ve heard USAA is not quite as liberal with releasing funds.

I remember last year we got it deposited when it said. Not a day early like usual.

I had my fees taken from my refund and then didnt get my return until DDD. This year I have no fees so im hoping for an early deposit. We shall see what happens.

I have USAA as well. This is my first year on PATH so I can’t speak to that. However, I’ve had deposits in the past not be one day early and according to USAA, it is because the batch released on the sender side wasn’t done in time to get in into USAA’s batch for the day.

For example, company A submits/processes a release of funds at 4:45PM but USAA doesn’t get that until after 5:00PM when no one is there to enter it into a batch to release to us, they do it the next day.
