No one with PATH will have an 846 code until Feb 18th. Anyone who says they do are liars, PATH returns are blocked from processing before then, early filer or not. No one sneaks through, no one is an exception and there are no mistakes. If you are PATH you are waiting.
The ruler of the IRS has spoken. We can all stop wondering now.
My CPA said PATH starts getting released on Wednesday.
