Filed and accepted the 15th we would have had our refund by now because we got into the test batch. If ppl with EIC were getting their refunds already I’m pretty sure we would have gotten ours… I don’t buy it, sorry

I’m starting to think some PATHers are receiving DDD earlier than they should be receiving because of an error or like KLB said falling through the cracks. I am hearing of more and more who are receiving earlier than they should be.

In Kathy defense my sister filed ACTC and EIC she carried all 4 of her kids and she hot her refund 1/31/2020 I could not believe or neither could she, she never updated to the PATH message she just moved to 2nd bar approved so it made her check her bank account and there was her refund last year we only moved to 2nd bar and had a deposit so that’s why she checked her account now me on the other hand my taxes are similar to my sisters but I have had no movement still on one bar with your refund being processed message i think the government say do this to cover their own ass for the glitches and all cause my sister DAMN show got her money yesterday so all yall leave Kathy alone she may be telling the truth.

Fortunately they are processing people that have claimed credits…she isnt the only one..i have seen multiple people that have already recieved their refund or are going to recieve it on the 5th..stop being disrespectful

I understand that we aren’t supposed to get any refunds yet if we claimed credits, by law. But you guys act like the gov follows their own rules. Maybe Kathy slipped through the cracks.

As a tax preparer and soon to be EA. This is impossible if you claimed the credits. So it’s obvious you did not claim them.

Did you file EIC or this is very important… ACTC… not just a normal ctc. But ADDITIONAL. If no then u are not a pather and u got a refund. Otherwise they arent even processing those types yet.

Now my problem is stupid irs cant verify my phone number asked for verification code on Monday… so I cant see if i have an updated Transcript. So I’m going to have a rough night sleeping tonight, just waiting for wmr to update. The morning cant come fast enough. I also learned another important thing… dont come to these sites. It is just too stressful, normally I just check one to see my taxes were accepted and leave it at that. Now all I’ve been doing all week is checking the site twice a day and refreshing these pages everytime I’m on my phone. I cant take the stress. Please let it show ddd tomorrow so I can stop stressing.
